What software do I need?
HuddleHud is a PokerTracker 4 Premium Add-On. You need a working PT4 installation with an active license — HuddleHud plugs into your existing database.
Is this legal to use?
HuddleHud is a Heads-Up Display that reads hand history data already stored in PokerTracker 4. It does not automate decisions or play on your behalf. Always check your site's Terms of Service.
Which rooms does HuddleHud support?
HuddleHud is compatible with any poker room that allows PokerTracker 4 usage. This includes all major sites offering lottery-format 3-max SNGs: Spin&Go (PokerStars), Spin & Gold (GG Poker), Windfall (WPT Global), BLAST (888), SPINS (PartyPoker), Expresso (Winamax), Twister (iPoker network), and any similar format on other PT4-supported rooms.
Does it work for HU cash games or deep-stacked HU SNGs?
For HU Cash: no. Deep-stacked cash dynamics (100bb+) are completely different from short-stack ICM play — HuddleHud's stats and color baselines aren't designed for that environment. For HU SNGs (non-lottery format): yes, it works, but it's not optimized. Stack depths above 18bb are grouped together without further segmentation, and postflop color coding uses GTO baselines calibrated for stacks below ~25bb effective. You'll still get value from the vs-Hero framework, but not the precision you'd get in lottery SNG endgame play — the game state HuddleHud is purpose-built for.
Does HuddleHud work for 3-way lottery SNG play?
Not currently. HuddleHud is built for the sub-18bb heads-up endgame — where every hand is one opponent, and vs-Hero stats reach maximum statistical precision. In 3-way play, opponent samples are diluted across two players simultaneously, making vs-Hero reads less actionable. A dedicated 3-way version is on our development roadmap, with statistical frameworks adapted for multi-opponent dynamics.
How do I install HuddleHud?
HuddleHud installs directly from within PokerTracker 4 as a Premium Add-On. After purchase you receive an activation code — enter it in PT4 (Configure → Custom Stats → Premium Add-Ons) and the HUD auto-installs into your existing database. Setup takes under 2 minutes.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual subscribers who switch to monthly will receive a prorated refund for the unused period.
What is the refund policy?
HuddleHud is a digital software product with immediate access upon purchase. Once access has been granted, all sales are final and no refunds are automatically issued.
